Congratulations to my clients! This was a fun one to work on and a big thanks to Phil Wilson at Southern Select Properties for helping me with this property. The family that bought this one has got themselves a fine spot to hunt deer, turkeys and hogs and a really cool spot to get off grid and relax. I have never seen so many turkeys in my life....this is the spot to be come spring time!

It was an absolute pleasure helping my client sell the last part of his family farm to a couple from Hartwell that had never bought land before! I enjoyed every aspect of this journey and so excited for my new friends on their purchase!
