What are people seeing, hearing or feeling about the home market recently? For us, things have certainly seemed to pick up in the last 7-10 days. In Athens, it seems like as soon as we have the first 70-degree day, things start to heat up in housing as well. Just wondering if other people are noticing the same kind of thing...
