Roughly 97% of all homebuyers will use the Internet at some point in their home search.

At least half of those will start their search online even before connecting with an agent, calling a lender, or doing neighborhood research.

While third-party real estate websites are great resources for buyers at that point in the process, if you decide you want to request a showing, it's probably time to connect with a trusted local Realtor.

Clicking the "contact agent" button on those sites is essentially rolling the dice on who will reach out. It could end up being a great connection...or not.

Be an educated Buyer. Ask questions. Listen to the Realtor; Make sure they are transparent about processes and documents, have a real interest in your potential needs, and are not just rushing to show you a house in hopes of a sale.

As a Realtor, one of my best assets to my clients is having solid relationships with local lenders.

First two steps to finding your home?

💪Connecting with me to discuss your goals, the market, the process, and creating an individualized strategy to make it happen in the right timing
💪Connecting with a local lender, like , to ensure you know where you stand and get your preapproval so you can house hunt with confidence, and to make an actual plan with a team to get your credit squared away, if needed.

Don't wait and wonder whether home ownership is an option for you. We often meet with clients months before they are "ready," and in doing so, they become ready and can hop on opportunities as we find them! Proactive buyers win out over reactive buyers!

A personal touch matters. 🤝

I earnestly want my clients and potential clients to feel like they aren't just a transaction.

When we work together, and even in the process of initial conversations, my hope is that it comes across that I intend to do my best to ensure you feel seen in your circumstance, heard in your goals, and comfortable and confident in me and the process all the way to the closing table, and beyond.

If you're here, you already know I'm a North Georgia Realtor based in Athens and Atlanta!

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending quality time wit my family, concerts/ live music, weightlifting, having pretty nails, exploring the outdoors, thrifting, and sipping a good local coffee. Seriously, I'm that person whose (iced) coffee lasts 3 hours. Mmmm.

The best weekends include a stop at a local coffee shop! ☕️

Welcome to Loganville, 😁
It's grand opening weekend, and we went by to try the coffee and pastries!

When we arrived with all our little ducklings in tow 🐥🐥🐥🐥, the owners pointed them to a corner room full of games that kept them entertained while we ordered.

The coffee was great, and the pastries were some of the best we've had! Ducklings rated it all "1000 stars!"

We also wandered the attached antique shop, which is a great business partnership. Antiques 🤝 coffee

We'll definitely be back. It's a great new addition to the area, has an upscale yet cozy feel, and seems a perfect place to set up the laptop and work, meet friends, or just go relax! Check them out!

Thinking of selling, but not quite sure of the details just yet? Here's where I come in! 😊

I just met with a homeowner and listened to his goals. We then reviewed market activity and projections, walked his property and discussed potential improvements/ listing preparations, and made a strategy to get him where he wants to be and netting his ideal profit.💲

He's not ready to list immediately, but now he has a game plan to make it happen. And sometimes, that's what's needed to ensure the best experience and a smooth process.

🏡 Door-knocking another beautiful neighborhood today. Why?

I’ve always felt that while a home search might start with a scroll on a screen, the best parts of real estate happen over a real conversation. 🤝

There’s a connection in meeting face-to-face that you can't get from a text, email, or even a phone call. It’s where the best ideas happen, where trust is actually built, and honestly, where the most interesting "hidden" opportunities tend to pop up! 👀

Working with someone who genuinely loves getting out there and talking to people isn’t just about being social—it’s a huge benefit for YOU. It means having an advocate who is constantly making those "I know just the person" connections that might never have happened otherwise.

Whether it’s finding a home before it hits the market, making the perfect buyer-seller connection, or knowing exactly which local professional can solve a tricky problem, those real-life relationships make the whole process feel less like a transaction and more like a community effort.

At the end of the day, houses are made of bricks and mortar, but a move is about people. I’ve always found that the most meaningful business happens when we stop typing and start talking. 🙂

And a bonus for me today? I got a casual, two-mile walk in! 💪

Whether you are looking to sell or purchase, knowing your micromarket statistics and your individual positioning within that market is crucial to making the best strategy to get to the closing table. It's not one size fits all.

My take on this trend...and it's me basing my career and growing my business on TALKING. 😂 Conversations! And, I'd like to think I'm pretty good at it.

Younger me would NEVER. Talk about shy!
Drop a comment or like if you knew me back when...I was known as the "quiet kid." Go ahead, it's ok to laugh. 😅

Growth is such a good thing! You'll never know what's possible unless you're open to learning, pushing yourself, and taking the opportunities when they come.
