🚨 RENTAL SCAM ALERT! 🚨

Hey everyone, it’s Kay, your trusted Realtor! Let’s talk about a sneaky scam going around on social media.

Scammers are posting FAKE rental listings with really nice 📸 and unbelievably low prices. Sounds too good to be true? That’s because it is!

They’ll ask you to click a link or send money before you even see the place.

DON’T FALL FOR IT!

✅ Always view the profile of the person listing the property for rent. There is usually very little to NO info about them on their page.
✅ NEVER send money without seeing the home AND meeting the owner or agent.
✅ When in doubt, ask a licensed Realtor (like me!) to check it out for you.
