Made a quick stop at Hometown Tea Co., LLC for a loaded tea. I got the D’Ville Dawg! They’re in their first week of business and they’re already crushing it! 💥

Back to Back closings today! 🏡🏡

Thankful for the opportunity to help my clients sell their home and purchase another. 🔑 We listed their home, were under-contract in just 4 days, and then found the perfect place for their next chapter. Today, both closings are officially in the books!

I always say I'll never go to Kroger on a Sunday because it's an absolute madhouse. 🤦‍♀️🛒 But after eating everything in the house before we left for the beach (nobody wants to come home to spoiled food 😅), a grocery run was unavoidable this evening. And Yes, I bought mostly frozen food. Cooking is not in the cards this week. 🤪 We listen, and we don’t judge…right. 😂

The chaos at Kroger feels pretty on brand for the last 24 hours. Since getting back yesterday:
🏡 2 showings
📝 1 offer submitted
🔍 Due diligence visit after inspection last week
🔨 Repair negotiations
🚪 Final walk-through
✅ Met with a new client
📦 finalized things for a back to back closing tomorrow

Thankful for it all! Thankful I am able to do something I am passionate about and help others! Thankful for the clients the Lord has sent my way!

My buyer is officially under contract on a great property in beautiful Hartwell, GA! 🏡✨

Just minutes from the nearest boat ramp 🚤 and a short drive to downtown Hartwell for shopping and dining! My buyer is beyond excited to make the move and start their next chapter here, and honestly…I don’t blame them one bit 😍

Now we’re hoping for a smooth path to closing 🤞📑 and a seamless finish to what’s already been a great journey!

I have learned that one of my most favorite parts of working in real estate is the people I get to meet along the way. ❤️

I stopped by to see some clients who bought earlier this year and recently made their permanent move to Georgia. I brought them an orchid to welcome them home, and it was so nice getting to catch up.

They always tell me what a blessing I’ve been to them, but they have blessed me! I genuinely enjoy getting to know such kind people and being a small part of their journey. They make my days brighter! ☀️

It's visits like today that make me smile and remind me how lucky I am to meet so many wonderful people through this career. 🌸
