I just love real estate stories like this!

My clients wrote an offer on another home first and didn’t get it, but as it often happens in real estate, everything worked out exactly how it should. Missing out on that house led them to this one, and it turned out to be a better fit in every way.

This beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom home is already updated, has the perfect mix of natural light, comfort, and space, plus a huge backyard their dogs and family will love.

I’m so excited for them to start their next chapter in such an amazing home.

WOW! What a difference an updated kitchen, some paint, and staging will do for a sales price. The best part of it all is that Coldwell Banker paid the upfront cost of fixing up this house, so the seller did not have to pay a dime until the house sold! Initially, one comp was not as nice as this house that had just sold for $1.7m and one a little nicer that sold for $1.8m. After spending just over $20k on renovations, THIS HOUSE ENDED UP SELLING FOR 2 MILLION DOLLARS!!!!! Talk about a success story.
