ALERT!! More information on the rental fraud scam.

Be aware of the following sites, names and company names that are being used for the fraud.
- They are using Oliver Home and Properties as their company and when you google it our office comes up. THIS IS NOT OUR COMPANY
- Luis Fernando Polanco is the doing is the most advertising of our rentals.
- Jose Humberto Flores is one of them that takes the money
- Andre Higgs is one of them - They are using email [email protected].
- They are advertising on local sites like

Be aware if these people. If you see someone advertise a lot of homes then they are most likely frauds. They must have a real estate broker's license to rent out other people's properties, or own them themselves.

DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO ANYONE without investigating them. There is so much fraud on social media.

Check with your local Realtor to see if what you are looking at on Facebook, Craigs list, etc. are real rentals or if the people own the property. These fraudsters are using old advertisements of listings we already rented last year and targeting all over the country and outside the country.

This scam will continue and get bigger and bigger as more people ignorantly send them money. If you know if anyone looking for a rental and they are not sure, call a Realtor for help.

ALERT!! ATTENTION CONSUMERS!! FRAUD ALERT!!

There are individuals who are advertising our rentals on Facebook and taking money from people, pretending to own or manage the rental. Please do NOT give any money to anyone on our rentals. Contact our office to verify if the advertisement is ours and if it is a rental we are managing.
BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING:
- WE do NOT receive any money through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo or any other online method.
- WE do NOT ask for a deposit and/or up front rent just to apply for a rental.
- The only phone number that is associated with our company is 831-722-4694. Verify with our office if someone is pretending to work from our firm.
- DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO ANYONE ONLINE FOR A RENTAL. Make sure you are speaking with a local person and verify if they own or manage the property.
- DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY INTO ANY BANK ACCOUNT FOR APPLICATION MONEY, RENT, DEPOSIT etc.
- MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THE PERSON IS LEGITIMATE BEFORE CONSIDERING ANY PROPERTY. This person claims to be part of our company, lives locally and has cheated people as far as the Bahamas. We have informed the local police about him.
