I believe everyone should be able to have a place they call home; a place that is uniquely theirs. My mother was a Realtor and I follow her passion for finding people their perfect home. I am a native Californian, born in Berkeley. I moved around a lot as a young person - from the beaches of Southern California to the woods of Pennsylvania, and from the rainforests in Hawaii to the snowy mountains
of Utah. I always came back to the California Coast. I believe this brings me a broader sense of our country and what makes Santa Cruz so special. I have lived in Santa Cruz since 1995 and have gotten to know many wonderful folks as well as the various enclaves from the Soquel Mountains to Pleasure Point surfing area. I have owned and operated my own graphic and web design company called Parrish Creative for 5 years. Prior to that I co-owned a design firm called Zag Design Group for 6 years. Being a sole proprietor gives me the experience to know how to work hard on my own while keeping my client's best interest and success at heart. With my many years of experience in design and marketing I can help you with your needs to promote your property in the best way possible. I also have video production experience if you want to add that awesome video of your property to make it stand out among the others. As a board member of Think local First, I am passionate about helping local independent businesses stay alive and thrive as well as to sustain the unique culture that is Santa Cruz. With a BA in Design from UC Davis, I am an artist whose passions include printmaking, painting, video production, graphic and interior design. I love to surf, ski, hike, play music and enjoy the California Sun.
