Some transactions come full circle in ways you never expect.
I was referred to my sellers by a past client, and from the very beginning, I knew this would be about much more than getting a property from listed to sold.
My clients were navigating a significant transition and starting a new chapter in their lives. As their agent, I had the privilege of not only guiding the transaction, but also carrying some of the emotion that naturally comes with letting go, moving forward, and making a major life change.
And then came the unexpected full-circle moment.
The buyer was not just a buyer, but rather my friend, and someone I taught in real estate school
There is something incredibly rewarding about seeing someone you once taught sitting across the table from you as a fellow real estate professional, now representing himself in the purchase of his own home.
Different sides of the transaction. Different chapters. One memorable closing.
