99 until she merged her company with that of Rob Schaid and is now Vice-President of RE/MAX Plaza since 2012. A Realtor® in Illinois since 1982 she is a past president of the Realtor® Association of Northwest Chicagoland having served as an executive officer for over 7 years. She sat on the board of directors at both the state & national levels for the Realtor® community from 2002 thru 2013. Pattie currently sits on several Illinois Association of Realtor committees, including BUSINESS ISSUES/LICENSE LAW, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT RESOURCE WORKING GROUP, GRIEVANCE & PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS. Pattie also is part of the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors Professional Standards Committee and the Heartland Realtor Organization’s Grievance Committee. In addition, Pattie is a member of Lake County Government Affairs Committee for Mainstreet Organization of Realtors and is a huge supporter of the Wauconda Park District, Pattie volunteers at various Park District functions throughout the year. Pattie is a life-long resident of Lake County. She has lived in the Wauconda/Island Lake areas since 1979. Time is running out to purchase your 2023 Wauconda Fireworks Fund Annual Raffle tickets! The winner has their choice of a table for four (4) on the dining deck ($100 value) or beachside table for up to six (6) accompanied by a $200 food and beverage package at Lindy's Landing on July 3rd.
