Last week we talked about finding a trusted agent- this week it’s all about FINANCIALS!

If your looking to buy the first step is to look at your financials and ask yourself some questions:
*Whats your credit score?
*What debt do you have compared to your income?
*Who do you plan to have on your loan?
*How long have you been employed in a related field?
*How much do you plan to put down as a down payment?
*What size house can you actually afford?
*What type of loan is for you?

All of these questions and more play into buying a new home. Getting ahead on your financials will make your preapproval process simple and it’s NEVER too early to start planning/saving so that when the time comes, your ready to get the loan you need!
