Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in property maintenance? Do you enjoy solving problems, coordinating projects, and making a difference for homeowners and residents? If so, we’d love to meet you!

Goodall Properties is looking for a full-time Maintenance Coordinator to join our growing team!

In this role, you’ll:
🏡 Coordinate maintenance and repairs across our property portfolio
👷 Work with vendors, owners, tenants, and our property management team
📋 Conduct move-out and city inspections
💰 Prepare estimates and communicate with property owners
🔑 Help ensure our homes are move-in ready with quick turnaround times
