Today Evan got a real glimpse into the world of real estate.

✔️ Toured a parade of Agent Open Houses
✔️ Networked and met fellow agents
✔️ Had lunch with the boss lady (also known as mentor mom 😉)
✔️ Sat in on a listing appointment and met with sellers
✔️ Visited a custom home being built by JRL Builders

What has impressed me most isn't what he saw—it's the questions he's asking. He's absorbing everything like a sponge, paying attention to the details, and genuinely wanting to understand the "why" behind what we do.

Real estate isn't just about houses. It's about people, communication, problem-solving, relationships, negotiation, and trust. Watching him learn that firsthand has been pretty fun.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have crossed paths with these two and to have had the opportunity to work for them.

Meet Evan he has officially joined Annie & Gabe Mitchell Real Estate Team for the summer!

Over the next few months he’ll be helping behind the scenes with:

Two years ago, I met these sellers for the first time. Since then, we stayed connected, toured homes together, talked through timing, and waited for the right season for their growing family.

At the beginning of this year, everything aligned. They trusted the process, took the advice on pricing, home improvements, and staging… and the result? Multiple offers and a successful closing.
