[Full Feedback I left is in the comments]
I've had such a pathetic experience over the last month with agents representing SELLERS and half-assing their work. Not answering their phone, not creating a bidding war scenario on behalf of their seller, giving their buddy from their brokerage the inside track on deals/offers resulting in my buyer getting cut out of the deal... that I thought rather than putting other agents on blast (SELLERS BE AWARE POST), I would share some positive feedback I gave this morning from a showing I did yesterday with my out of state buyers on a hobby farm listing in New Virginia.
And just because my clients thought this property is "overpriced", doesn't mean I do. I think this is a great listing and encourage anyone looking for a Hobby Farm/Acreage within 30 minutes of the metro to check out this listing. These properties are literally flying off the shelf as fast as they get listed. That's why having an agent who's willing to work hard for the Seller and get multiple offers on the table at once is important for anyone thinking about listing their property for sale.
