A little TLC goes a long way! 💙 Here are a few simple reminders to help keep your home comfortable, your appliances running smoothly, and our community looking its best. 🛠️😊

❄️ AC & HEATING TIPS

Want your HVAC system to work efficiently? Keep these tips in mind!

❄️ When using AC: Please do not set your thermostat lower than 67–68°F.
🔥 When using heat: Please do not set your thermostat higher than 76–77°F.

Extreme thermostat settings can put unnecessary strain on your HVAC system. If your home isn’t reaching the temperature you have set, please submit a maintenance request so our team can take a look! 🛠️

🚿 PLUMBING 101

🚫 Please DO NOT put Drain-O or other drain-cleaning chemicals down your drains.

Our drains are designed for water and appropriate waste only. Please keep the following OUT of sinks, tubs, and toilets:

❌ Cooking oil/grease
❌ Hair dye
❌ Food or food scraps
❌ Paper towels
❌ Excessive toilet paper
❌ Feminine hygiene products
❌ Toys or other objects
❌ Anything that does not belong down the drain!

🧻 Remember: Your toilet is NOT a trash can! 🚽😉

Keeping inappropriate items out of your plumbing helps prevent clogs, backups, leaks, and unnecessary repairs.

🧺 LAUNDRY ROOM ETIQUETTE

Let’s keep our laundry facilities clean and convenient for everyone! 🫧

🧺 Please do not leave your laundry unattended for extended periods.
🧹 Remember to remove lint from the dryer lint trap after each use.
🗑️ Please throw away your trash and do not leave garbage in the laundry room.
🔧 If you notice an issue with a washer or dryer, please notify the office/management team so we can address it.
👕 Be considerate of your neighbors and remove your clothes promptly when your cycle is finished.

🧽 Clean spills and messes as soon as possible.
🗑️ Take out trash regularly.
🚿 Keep bathroom areas clean and dry.
🍳 Clean up food spills and crumbs to help prevent unwanted pests.
🌬️ Keep air vents and HVAC areas clear of furniture and belongings.
🧼 Regularly clean appliances and surfaces to help keep everything working properly.
