Thank you so much for joining us for our ice cream social last Saturday! 🍦🍨😋We had a fantastic turn out and it was wonderful to see so many residents come out and enjoy some delicious treats with their neighbors. We hope that you all had a great time, got to know some new people and had a chance to catch up with friends.
We want to remind you that our monthly resident events are a great way to meet your neighbors and get more involved in the community. Our goal is to create a welcoming and friendly environment where everyone feels comfortable and can enjoy their time here. We have more exciting events planned for the upcoming months and we hope to see you all there!
Thank you again for your continued support and participation in our community events. We look forward to seeing you all soon!

It's almost summer and what better way to kick off the season than with an ice cream social by the pool? Come join us this opening weekend, 5/27 from 1:00pm-3:00pm in the clubroom, as we celebrate the start of summer with sweet treats and fun in the sun! We'll have a variety of ice cream flavors to choose from and all the toppings you could imagine. This week's maintenance tip: Never put potato skins, carrot skins, pasta, egg shells, or rice in a waste disposal. The starch in these foods becomes gummy and will clog the trap and disposal

Spring is here and it's time to give your space a fresh start. Here are 5 spring cleaning tricks for your apartment:

1. Start with decluttering - go through your belongings and donate or sell what you no longer need or use.
2. Use a vinegar and water solution to clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces for a streak-free shine.
3. Vacuum and flip your mattress to keep it fresh and comfortable for a good night's sleep.
4. Organize your kitchen cabinets and pantry by getting rid of expired foods and creating a system for easy access.
5. Use a dryer sheet to wipe down baseboards and remove dust and build-up.
