If you answered "NO" to all of these, then relax- it could just be a factor of the fall market. Remember, not every season or marketing strategy is designed to bring multiple offers in the first few days of listing. Returning to a more balanced market means more days on market for listings is normal. Don't panic if you don't have multiple offers within the first 48 hours.
