Every year the alumni of the 30 Under 30 community come together for our mastermind, and every year I leave wondering how it manages to fill my cup even more than the last.
This year took us to Big Sky, and what made it so special was the intimacy of it. We spent the last two days around bonfires and dinners together, continuing the conversation long after the all day conference ended. This group operates at an extraordinary level, being completely honest about what is working, what isn’t, and what it really takes to build something next level.
These are some of the hardest working people I know in this business. Agents who are grinding, agents who have opened their second and third companies, all of us sharing openly and growing together.
But 30 Under 30 isn’t just a title to wave around. When you immerse yourself in it, you realize it is the people. The relationships are what you get the most out of.
Those relationships get deeper every single year. The friendships span the entire United States, and there is something powerful about knowing you have someone in every corner of the country you can pick up the phone and call if you need absolutely anything.
I’m excited for the years to come. It keeps getting better and better. Years of showing up brought me into this room, and getting to come back to it never gets old.
Grateful does not even begin to cover it.
