ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for applicants who are friendly and love to work in a team-based atmosphere. Our Assistant Property Manager position is available specifically for an individual to assist on-site at our beautiful Cameron Heights and Appleton Place Apartments. We are looking for applicants who are interested in living on-site or who are currently located within 15-20 minutes of the property.
Applicants should be well organized and detail-oriented, as well as possess strong multitasking and time management skills. Must have the ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced environment, as well as possess strong problem-solving skills.
Prior experience as a property manager or leasing agent is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include: Leasing, resident relations, rent collection, showing and renting apartments, inspecting properties, answering calls, overseeing contractors, assisting with overseeing maintenance, assisting with minor maintenance, and more. Rotation of on-call is required.
Applicants must have reliable transportation.
