MS Walk this Sunday, April 27 💛 Someone I’ve known for years is living with MS, and this cause matters. Our SUMMIT Team is so close to an incredible milestone—$250,000 raised to fight MS. Even more special—our SUMMIT Team will be honored during the 9:45am program for the impact everyone has made through walking, fundraising, and awareness. 💛 Chuck and I will be there and walking, and we’d love for you to join us. There’s still time to sign up and walk with our team—easy to register or join the Summit Team or support with a donation.

📍 Summerfest Grounds (South Gate)
⏰ Plan to arrive by ~9:15am (allow extra time to park)
🎤 Program: 9:45am | 🚶 Walk: 10:00am
Where to find us:
Look for the Top Fundraiser area/arch and tent (to the right of the Briggs & Stratton stage). That’s where Jeffrey Gingold, Chuck and I and the SUMMIT Team will be gathering—plus a lot of orange!

Walking for My Friend Jeffrey and a World Free of MS 💙

I’m walking again on May 3 with the SUMMIT Team at the Walk MS Milwaukee at the Summerfest Grounds along Milwaukee’s lakefront.

I’m walking for my friend and fellow speedskater Jeffrey Gingold, who was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1996. Even after nearly 30 years with MS, Jeffrey still shows up to skate at the Pettit National Ice Center three mornings a week — something that inspires everyone who knows him.

MS may have taken away his ability to walk the event with us, but it hasn’t taken away his determination.

Jeffrey and his family are always there cheering on the team (and bringing the crullers 🍩).

Nearly 1 million people in the U.S. live with MS, and over the years our SUMMIT Team has raised more than $239,000 to help fund research and support programs. We’re hoping to reach the next milestone this year.
