The Zestimate on your home is a good gauge to give you an idea of your home’s value. But it’s not great.
It gives you a number, and also a high value and a low value.
But the Zestimate is an algorithm. I don’t know about you, but I’m not quite ready to give that much power to the technology especially not with your most important investment.
Your home is unique. There are things an algorithm can’t see. Things that might take away from the value, but more importantly, things that can add value.
Your home might actually be worth MORE than your Zestimate. The right agent can show that.
