✨ Ended the week on a high note with another closing! 🏡

This one was especially sweet — bittersweet, really — for my sellers who are passing along their beloved home of 33 years where they raised two children. It’s never easy to say goodbye, but it’s time for them to hand the keys to the next family as their own new chapter begins.

The buyers — a fellow agent and his young family — are moving into their very first home together! They came in strong, making the transition as quick and seamless as possible for the sellers. They’re excited to trade city life for a quiet suburban neighborhood, with a shop to tinker in, a backyard perfect for a playset (and some chickens 🐓), and plenty of space to relax and grow. 🌳

🏡🌲Congratulations to my sellers — five sisters saying goodbye this week to their family’s beloved cabin that their parents purchased back in the 1978. After receiving multiple offers, one came in with a quick close and no contingencies, making the transition smooth and stress-free.

And Congratulation to the buyers on their purchase! Sellers are passing the cabin along to a fun, outdoorsy family who’s beyond excited to enjoy the wood-burning fireplace, hunting land, and the chance to make their own family memories — all within 2 hours of home. ❤️

It was such a fun closing day, full of “small world” moments as both families discovered so many connections and realized they are quite alike! While it’s always hard to say goodbye to a place filled with decades of memories, it’s comforting to know it’s going to be so loved and enjoyed for years to come.

🎉 Congratulations to my buyers on the purchase of their new 55+ condo! 🏡🔑

When mobility started becoming a challenge in the home they had loved for nearly 30 years, they knew it was time for a change—and we didn’t waste any time. We started touring condo options on the 4th of July, and wouldn’t you know it after touring a few different 55+ associations… we found the perfect fit!
