Employee Spotlight!
Esteban has spent one year with our team, and we’re so grateful for the hard work he brings every single day. He’s someone you can always count on. He shows up, works hard, and simply gets the job done without hesitation.

If you’ve worked with Esteban, you’ve probably heard him say, “like it never happened.” That’s his standard. Whether he’s painting scuffs, fixing drywall, or refreshing an apartment, he takes pride in making every space look perfect and move-in ready.

What makes Esteban happiest is seeing the final result. He loves finishing a freshly painted apartment or hallway and stepping back to see how clean and beautiful it looks. Knowing he helped create a home someone is excited about truly motivates him!

While he says all of our properties are his favorite, he does have a soft spot for the ones with swimming pools, so he can stop by and spend some time with his son in the summer sun! 🌞

Game Night was a great turnout! It was so fun seeing everyone laughing, playing games, and connecting.

We recently had a resident host an old-fashioned making class!

This was such a great event where residents 21+ were able to learn the history behind the drink, and tips and techniques of how to make a few variations of the drink.

During this event, we explored variations such as the original, a classic "Wisconsin" brandy style, and a "modern" apple-pie flavored one! 🍏🥃

This event was hosted in a controlled environment and designed to encourage responsible enjoyment and community connection.
