As of July 2025, the Milwaukee metro real estate market is showing strong momentum, with several key trends shaping the landscape:

📈 Market Overview
Home Sales: The metro area saw a 7.1% increase in home sales compared to the previous year. Counties like Waukesha (+14.5%), Ozaukee (+34.7%), and Washington (+25%) led the growth, while Milwaukee County remained stable [1].
Home Prices: The average home sale price in the four-county Milwaukee area rose 14% year-over-year, from $328,126 in 2024 to $373,911 in early 2025 [1]. This is significantly higher than the national average price growth of 6%.
Inventory: Listings are up 10.9% across the metro area, but supply still lags behind demand, keeping upward pressure on prices [1].
