Way to go Luiz! 👏👏
Day 13 of highlighting our deserving TOBY Awards nominees! Today, we’re shining a spotlight on Luiz Bonilla, nominated for Leasing Consultant of the Year.
Luiz’s Mandel Group story started before he even became an associate. After discovering Mandel Group, he made the bold decision to move to Milwaukee with the goal of building a career with the company. Since joining Crescent and Echelon Apartments in 2024, he has continued to bring that same determination, initiative, and work ethic to everything he does.
Supporting two communities, Luiz has quickly become a dependable and valued member of both teams. While leasing is his primary role, he consistently steps in wherever needed, from supporting onsite operations to helping the maintenance team and his fellow associates. His team-first approach and willingness to take on whatever challenge comes his way have made a meaningful impact on his communities.
That commitment was especially evident following a major storm last summer that caused significant issues with Echelon’s fire panel systems. Luiz remained onsite for hours to assist the team and contractors and even volunteered for overnight fire watch duties to help ensure residents remained safe. It was a moment that demonstrated the care, accountability, and dedication he brings to his role every day.
