🌟 Resident of the Month: Alex! 🌟
This month, we're excited to recognize Alex as our August 2026 Resident of the Month! Thank you for being such a wonderful part of the 2929 On Mayfair community.
Alex is a fan of the perfect sweet-and-salty snack combination, often putting together a custom snack box filled with Goldfish, chocolate-covered raisins, roasted pistachios, and plenty of other treats. When it comes to drinks, it's hard to beat a classic Dr Pepper or Cherry Coke. In downtime, you'll usually find Alex watching documentary series, with Welcome to Earth featuring Will Smith being a favorite.
Outside of home, Alex has had an exciting year, recently becoming a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). On top of that, Alex also co-owns a swim school that's expanding to three locations this year!
When asked what makes 2929 feel like home, Alex shared that it's the people who make the biggest difference.
"The staff here is exceptional—kind, thoughtful, and thorough. The property is well cared for, and I really appreciate all of the events and opportunities that help make this feel like a true community rather than just a place to live."
Alex also shared a community memory that touched our hearts. After living at 2929 for two years with a beloved pet of 16 years, Alex was able to say goodbye as she peacefully crossed the Rainbow Bridge in their first apartment here. Since then, Alex has moved into a larger home, welcomed two new fur babies to the family, and begun creating countless new memories. Having 2929 be the setting for both a difficult goodbye and an exciting new chapter has made this community feel even more like home.
