Working independently from home, for eighteen years, in the corporate sales world taught me many things, most importantly - communication is key. New England metros took the top of the list once again with Springfield, MA, claiming the country’s top spot for a sixth month in a row this October.

High demand and low inventory have driven the larger Boston/New England area to the top of the hot markets list over the past few years, as the views per property and time on the market outpace the rest of the country.
