100 reviews for the Magical Oasis! What a ride it’s been! We’ve had so much fun hosting families that are able to get away for a well deserved vacation. I absolutely love traveling and have stayed in many places from under the stars to 5 star hotels and short term rentals. I feel that has helped me be the best host I can be, especially with my Co-host hubby by my side! We have a great team behind us as well! Our housekeeper, maintenance guy, and pool man really work hard to keep the place clean and keeps things running well! Thank you!

Just got our 50th review on Airbnb! So thankful for awesome guests! I think travel teaches someone so much. I’m a big advocate for travel and adventure. I’m so blessed to be able to offer travelers a fun, safe, comfortable, and affordable place to hang their hat while they get to experience some of what life has to offer! It’s been toasty in Kissimmee, and our wonderful guests are enjoying their time in our private pool and water activities with pool on the resort! They enjoy movies in the movie theater, games in the arcade, and high speed internet in our air conditioned home!

On the way back home from an amazing “work” cruise to the Bahamas! Had to make a stop in Nashville! Great music, great food, and a playground for the kids to run around and stretch their legs!

TWENTY ONE 5 ⭐️ Reviews on Airbnb!

RAZRR has hit the ground running in 2023! Our Short Term Rentals are doing well! Our STR in Kissimmee, FL that can be rented on Airbnb and VRBO January’s calendar is filling up and despite being a “slow”month is currently at 71% occupancy. Another slow month, February, is 100% occupancy!

We continue to have Superhost and Premier Host status and got our 21st 5⭐️ today on Airbnb!

In 2023 there will be exciting changes to our Long Term Rental portfolio. The lending arm will optimistically see great returns this year. We’re also researching potential franchises that we can be a part of in 2023.

We’ve set ambitious goals and will strive to meet them!
