What happens to all that beautiful furniture when someone downsizes or an estate is cleared out?
I was talking with Steve Sellers from Wee Bee Hauling, LLC , a trusted resource I recommend to many of my clients, and he shared a challenge he's seeing more and more often.

There are countless homes being cleaned out across the Milwaukee area, filled with quality furniture that families would love to donate—but finding the right people who need it isn't always easy.
It seems like there should be a better way to connect those who have furniture with those who could use it.

Steve has obviously connected with all the big charities: Habitat, Salvation Army, Milwaukee Homeless Veterans Initiative… Believe it or not, they can’t take all the furniture he collects. 🚨 A new housing affordability analysis found that the Milwaukee metro area now has the highest home-price-to-income ratio in the Midwest.
While our area is still less expensive than places like California or New York, home prices have been rising much faster than incomes, making it harder for first-time buyers to enter the market.
