In 1982 Homestead changed its focus to provide services to experienced Realtors® serving the re-sale market, new construction market and various specialty markets throughout the metro area. Homestead’s typical Realtor® associate has over eight successful years in the business. Many of them either ran their own brokerage companies or managed for other companies.
