Right here at the corner of Nicholson & Hwy 90, we have three new national tenants investing in building out brand-new businesses. This is a huge step forward for Waveland and will help transform our industrial corridor into something far more community-friendly and vibrant.
As the owner of Magnolia Marketplace, I took a lot of faith in this area—and after pushing through the uncertainty of COVID, it’s incredibly rewarding to see that vision starting to come to life.
