Our two bedroom one bathroom apartments are currently renting for $575.00/month, These units have washer/dryer hookups in them just not the washer dryer themselves.
Our property is only minutes away from the beach in Waveland, local dining and entertainment, and Old Town Bay St. Louis. We have an onsite salt-water swimming pools, a tennis court, pavilion w/ brick fireplace, designated work area (for working on cars), volleyball nets, and much more for our tenants.
Our application fee is $35.00 per adult; we will need photo ID, SSC's, and proof of income for those individuals. The security deposit is $575.00; this is not applicable towards rent charges. We are a pet friendly property without breed or weight restrictions; however, we require a pet fee of $200.00 per pet, as well as a monthly pet rent of $25.00/month,/pet. We also require a parking/pool pass fee of $20.00; this is a one time, non-refundable fee.
