I love getting to sell real estate, but there's something special about it when you get to sell properties in your hometown!

I had the pleasure of representing my out of state seller and stepping in at every moment she needed me..

Make sure you are hiring an agent who will go above and beyond.

Ask yourself this?

Does your agent offer staging services?

Does your agent hire professional cleaners to clean your home?

Professional photography is a must, correct?

Hold Open Houses? What about show homes to buyers who have an agent but that agent isn't available to show your listing when their buyers want to tour?

What about doing weekly checkups on a vacant home because you want to make sure everything is in tip top shape for a buyer to tour?
