As we wrapped up the end of the year with these two closings, it really put into perspective how much the right people matter in this process.

Annette Rose at Hywater Title stayed late the night before Christmas Eve and then texted me the morning of Christmas Eve to let me know the wire went through. That’s not normal. That’s commitment.

Huge shoutout to the entire team at The Church Team Fairway Independent Mortgage NMLS # 186187. We absolutely could have pushed this until after the holidays, but y’all stayed late and worked through it so she could move in before Christmas. That matters more than you know.
