Just a few weeks ago, Dee Dee had someone knock on the door of the home she had owned for 30 years and ask if she would consider selling it.

🚗 **HOW FAR IS TOO FAR?** 🏡

When you’re relocating, one of the biggest questions isn’t always where you want to live.

Sometimes it’s simply **how far you’re willing to drive.** ⏱️

The average one-way commute in the U.S. is around **27 minutes**, but what feels reasonable can be very different from person to person.

🚙 Under 20 minutes - Amazing!

🚗 20-30 minutes - Comfortable

🛣️ 30-45 minutes - Totally doable for a lot of people

⏰ 45-60 minutes - This is where lifestyle and priorities really start to matter

😬 60+ minutes - It better be worth the drive!

Here in **Southern Ohio**, there’s something else to consider. 🌳

A 30 or 40 minute drive on a rural highway can feel completely different than 30 or 40 minutes sitting in bumper-to-bumper traffic. 🚦🚗🚗🚗

And being willing to expand your commute can open up a lot more possibilities when searching for a home.

I grew Zinnias!!! Which may not seem like a big deal to most but considering my thumb is so far from green it's red....it's a huge deal!
