Our tenant is moving out at the end of December 2024. We are unsure if we are going to sell it or continue to rent it out, so I am sharing in case anyone is looking to buy.

Thank you Humphreys County for being so good to Philpott Properties. It has been an amazing adventure, but today we close the book as the last Philpott Property is sold.
We are out of the rental game and the selling game. We are very thankful for the business and the relationships formed while in business.

Congratulations to the Camacho family on the closing of THEIR home!
Last year they rented a home 🏡 from us and worked very hard, and today they BOUGHT that home that they are living in!

Do we have anything to rent? No. 😕
Why? Our plan at the moment is to sell each rental when the tenant moves out. 😔
Why? Is business bad? No! It is great. 😀 But since the days of the TVA Cumberland City plant are numbered, Chad has taken a job in Chattanooga, and with this change, this is the best move for Philpott Properties. 📑
This has been an amazing opportunity for the Philpott family and we are so thankful. Humphreys County has been good to us, and our renters have been phenomenal! We have to go where the jobs are, though. ☹️

201 Park Circle in Waverly is undergoing a major transformation! New exterior & interior paint, flooring, cabinets & a total bathroom renovation.
This home is already spoken for.
Because the Philpotts are leaving the area, other Philpott Properties may be sold as they become vacant, such as 631 Cherokee in New Johnsonville. The renters will be out soon & after a few repairs it will be for sale.
Renters will NOT be forced to move in order to sell a home, though. We ❤️ our renters!
