Bremer County Abstract & Title in Waverly is seeking a highly-motivated individual to join our team as a Land Title Researcher/Typist.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multi-task while researching, typing and answering customer inquiries in a timely manner. The Land Title Researcher provides research and administrative support including any of the following:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include Research real estate records and other public records to generate abstracts and reports for clients while understanding the importance of legal descriptions and to become knowledgeable in detecting title problems, Typing of abstracts and title reports, Obtain and provide all required information while maintaining exceptional customer service to all customers, Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
Performance Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum of high school diploma or the equivalency
Strong computer and keying skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently under deadlines.
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Effective oral and written communication skills
