Losing the bank in town seemed like it could be the beginning of the end for the community. Instead, it revealed that there are still some business leaders who believe in small towns.

2021 was a great year for real estate both in the home market and the commercial market. In fact, it was so good that I ended the year with no listings that have not sold or that are not under contract. So, if you have land and are considering selling give me a call. Land prices are up and inventories of land (both development and farm and ranch land) for sale are at what I consider an all time low. Buyers are out there. Interest rates are still very low and many buyers have cash.
