It took a little bit of patience as we started this new Custom Home. We poured concrete February 8th, just in time to cure before the big Texas freeze! ❄️❄️❄️
Didn’t get to start framing until March 5th ☔️🌧 but our awesome crew knocked 🔨 it out & only had a little stack of leftover wood by April 5th and the roofing was installed by another amazing crew on this nearly 5,000 sq ft .....in less than a day!! After unexpected delays on our windows, (I’ll say no more bout that!!) the wait is over!! Here we go again!! Hammering in the morning!! 🔨 🪜🪚👷🏼

Finally!! My husband did not want me to publish until the cleanup crew made their rounds however, I believe we have the cleanest job sites I’ve ever seen.

We are ready for the paint crew then will finish the plumbing, floors, countertops, lighting and hardware.

Hard to believe it’s only been 10 weeks since concrete was poured! Our Project Manager doesn’t play with the schedule and the Contractors we work with are AWESOME!! Handle it...
