I met these sellers at an open house, helped get their home on the market, found a buyer through another open house, and today they closed on both their sale and their new home here in Waxahachie.

Funny how real estate works sometimes.

Two weeks ago I met these homeowners while hosting an open house. After talking through their plans, we got their home ready and on the market in just over a week.

I hosted an open house at their home this past weekend… and that open house brought the buyer.

4 days on the market and we’re already under contract.

Moments like this are why I believe so much in open houses and simply showing up consistently. Excited for these sellers and what’s ahead!
