As a real estate agent, helping people find their dream home is one thing, but helping my daughter upgrade to her forever home? Pure Joy!

Watching her family outgrow their current house and finding a fabulous historic home that will allow her family room to grow and enjoy throughout the years has been an incredible journey to experience together. And the true journey is just beginning! I am so excited to watch her put her own touch on her new home and bring her visions to life! 🛠

🏡 Searching for homes on apps like Zillow can be quick, convenient, and even fun, but it’s important to proceed with caution before clicking the “Contact Agent” button.

In most cases, that button does not connect you with the listing agent for the property, nor does it connect you with a buyer’s agent who is committed to representing your best interests. Instead, you are often routed to a randomly assigned agent whose primary role may be lead generation...not personalized service.
