Many people don’t realize some of the tasks that a Realtor takes on. Today, I went by the Waxahachie City offices to check on a street project that is being done in front of one of my listings to get a status update and to find out what type of materials would be used for the project. This will be important when selling the house when prospective buyers ask if the street will be redone from its current state after having gas lines replaced. The answer was yes. Expected to start in about a month.
It’s important to get as much information about our listings as we can.
