The Millbridge real estate market is experiencing a strong demand and a limited supply of homes for sale. The average price of homes sold in the last 12 months has increased by 7.6% to $592K, while the number of new listings has dropped significantly by 23.5%. The months supply of homes, which measures how long it would take to sell all the available inventory, has also reduced by 19.4% to 4.2 months. This indicates that Millbridge is a seller's market, where buyers have to compete for fewer options and sellers have more leverage in negotiations.
