Hey there! Have we met?

I’m Kim King with Coldwell Banker Realty. With 20+ years in corporate sales and marketing, and 8 years in real estate, I’m excited to blend my skills in my role as a Managing Sales Specialist in our Ballantyne office.

I love helping agents grow, solve problems, and move their business forward. And because I remain actively selling real estate and working with my own clients, I am bringing real-life experience to the agents I support.

Outside of work, you’ll find me on the tennis court or if it’s a Wednesday night at ladies golf! 😉 My husband and I enjoy long walks with our black lab on the trails at ASGreenway. When my kids are home from college, we love a good family game night—although things can get pretty competitive around our table!

So happy for my buyers. They wanted to be in the Millstone Creek neighborhood, but nothing currently for sale fit their criteria. I made some calls going through withdrawn and expired listings that matched what they were looking for. We found a match and went under contract without it hitting the market!
