We are extremely busy with showings.
We have increased the listing price to $989,900.
Offers are due 1/27/21 at 1pm when we will review them over the next 24hrs. Any offers need proof of funds and no home sale contingencies. Closing dates are flexible but our preference is for 90days or greater. If a buyer broker is involved, at least a 1% commission should be included in the offer.
