Just reflecting on the market and changes I've seen in the last year. This chart sums it up. The Inventory shortage continues to be a hardship for buyers and drives property values up. It's a great time to sell, as long as the sellers have a place to go. We are hoping the interest rates have peaked/near peaked and will come down in the next 6-12 months.
