SOLD!!! 🏡 $246,750 - 4452 Silverwood Street, 4bd 1ba. At the end of August last year I sold this great Manayunk rowhome after only 6 days on the market. I hosted back to back open houses Saturday 7/22 & Sunday 7/23 a few days after I listed the property and was under contract by Thursday 7/27 with a buyer that attended my open house!

I really enjoyed helping my sellers get this great investment property sold so quickly. Between market analysis, the open houses, and negotiations with the buyer's agent, this transaction went very smooth from the moment the sellers and I discussed listing the property for sale.

After our 30 day close, the new owner started renovating right away. The property is currently undergoing many changes including a deck that has replaced the rear porch roof where windows are becoming doors! What a great addition to this lovely Manayunk rowhome. I negotiated the terms with two other very similar offers on the table. My client's offer was chosen and we went under contract that afternoon!

SOLD!!! 🏡 $814,900 - My listing at 255 Pintail Court hit the market Saturday 4/15 and was under contract Tuesday 4/18! 36 day close with a mortgage contingency along with home inspection, termite inspection, and radon testing. Everything went really well helping for a quick close.

My seller is so pleased with my efforts on this deal they have signed into exclusive buyer agency allowing me to represent them as a buyer's agent for the purchase of their new home! I am so happy to provide my expertise to such great clients and to see my hard work paying off. This is what real estate is all about.
