Rang in my last settlement of the year with two of my favorite clients and friends, who bought their first home in West Chester!!! Their goal was to be close to the borough and they wanted to ease into homeownership with low maintenance living. This gorgeous townhome checked all their boxes and is the perfect place to start their next chapter. West Chester is booming right now and is becoming even more of a destination for homeownership. The charming town and walkability is pulling buyers in who want city/suburban living!

2025 has been filled with helping over a dozen amazing new clients, and current clients, navigate their way to new chapters in their lives. Reaching my goal of $10m+ in sales was a stretch for me coming off of maternity leave with Reesie girl. But I leaned on my team and we got it done… and we had fun doing it!!!

One thing stood out to me this year…the overwhelming trust and support I’ve received through repeat clients and referrals from past clients and fellow agents. When I first started, a lot of my business came from Instagram (shoutout to all my early supporters!), but now it’s evolved into something even more meaningful. Knowing that I’m top of mind when someone you care about needs to buy or sell a home is such an honor. I don’t take that trust lightly…I pour my heart into every single transaction and will always go above and beyond for the people you send my way.

This year, I’ve had the privilege of working with first-time homebuyers, growing families upsizing to new spaces, and even navigating estate sales. I’ve sold homes across Philadelphia County, Montgomery County, Chester County, and Delaware County, and every step of the way has reaffirmed how much I love what I do. I hope that passion shines through to everyone I’m fortunate enough to work with.

As we head into 2026, I’m feeling energized and excited for what’s ahead. Whether we’ve just connected here on Instagram or we’ve known each other for years, I’d love to stay in touch and continue building relationships.

🏡CLOSED in West Chester!

Story time….

These clients were renting in the city and are expecting a baby in the spring. They knew they wanted to plant roots near extended family in the suburbs, so we started the search in a very specific radius. These first time buyer clients had success in this competitive market because they were PREPARED! They took the time to work through different scenarios with their lender ahead of time, so that when the right house came up, they were able to move swiftly, decisively and confidently. We snagged this West Chester brick beauty (with contingencies!!!). Bye bye renting, hello home ownership!

BIG moves!! So stoked for these clients as they enter into an exciting new chapter.

Bryan and Daniela have been renting for some time, and stayed incredibly patient in their home search. After many months and many houses, they took one step into this beauty and knew it was the one!

A few years ago, Andrew and Andrea reached out to me after moving from California, eager to find their ideal spot in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
