On November 21, REALTOR® Debbie McCabe slept outside on the street in Pennsylvania to raise money and awareness for homeless youth. For 12 years, she has recruited real estate professionals from different brokerages to cooperate in this annual fundraiser. This year, 11 people from five real estate companies raised $60,000, bringing the 12-year total to $500,000 donated to Covenant House Pennsylvania.

“[In real estate] we help people move in and out of homes every day, but supporting homeless youth is about something even more important—giving young people the foundation they need to get back on their feet and build a brighter future,” says Debbie, 2022 Good Neighbor Award finalist.
