I helped a fun couple find a home after searching for months, & several counties, to find the one. We did a roar cheer together to bring some fun to the search - simply roaring together with our hands up! When we walked into their now home, we knew it was the one & I felt it in my heart. This week, I was so touched by their sweet note & wonderful tiger adoption in my name, for which this tiger is symbolic of. What a thoughtful gift that I truly appreciate! Roar!

You never know what a seller will leave when they move. When we first saw the home we knew it was the one when we walked through the front door but when we saw the collection of teacups we thought it was a Godwink as the buyer has a teacup collection as her Mom & Grandmom did before. Today, when we did the walk through, we saw that all the teacups were left & a few happy tears may have been shed. It wasn't just one teacup, it was the seller's whole collection... The seller is thrilled that the buyer was happy. I try to find a connection and love when there are smiles all around going into settlement!

Honored to help a former co-worker sell and find a new home in a whirlwind of about a week! We had goosebumps when we walked into the home, after seeing several homes, and knew this one was the one, for many reasons. When I told the other Realtor what we had felt, she said we had experienced a Godwink. And I believe it truly was and now am feeling this word more as I show and help friends with their home journey. As we prepare for the final touches for settlement this week, I get a little sad that our journey is coming to an end but happy to know their journey is just beginning in a new home that they will make many memories in!
